HOA Membership Discount Offers
We have great news for members of the HOA. Being a member brings you many benefits right here in the community. But that’s not all. We have been going to businesses around our area asking them to offer discounts to Shalamar residents showing their 2024 membership card. This discount card program is just starting. So far, we have the following:
Mobile Home Depot just up the street from us is offering a 5% discount on your total purchase. Hot water heaters, AC units, Lanco seals are excluded, and this cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.
New Look Tree Service – Owner, Ceaser Hernandez giving $10.00 off any new work.
Slow and Low Smokehouse – is offering 10% off. Beef O’Brady’s– is offering 10% off.
The only requirement for any of the offers above is that you show your current 2024 membership card. If you have paid your dues but didn’t re- ceive your card, please get in touch with Fred Thurau at 586-703-7534. Your HOA board is working on getting other businesses involved. We will post them in the next newsletter and/or in the weekly Gazette.
