4/9/2025  Charlene Winegarden, mother of Cathy Swinehart and winter resident of Schalamar Creek in years past has passed away at the age of 91.  Services will be held in Newaygo, Michigan on May 7 and May 8, 2025.  Click here for more information.

4/7/2025  Morty (Morton) Levine, long time resident of Schalamar Creek, passed away at the age of 97.  He is survived by his daughter, Mona Williamson, also a resident of our community, and his son, Brian.  Services were held on April 9, 2025 at the Rolling Hill Cemetary in Winter Haven.  Click here to view the tribute page for Morty.

1/26/2025  Bill Romoser passed away on Saturday, January 25, 2025.

On Saturday, January 11, 2024, there will be a Celebration Of Life for David Gray, upstairs in the ballroom. Dave and his wife Ruth made their home at 1657 Deverly Drive, here in Schalamar Creek, where Dave was very active within the Golfing Community, as well as past president of the HOA. The gathering of family and friends will begin at 11:00 AM, on the stage side, followed by a Pot Luck Lunch. If you are planning to attend the luncheon, in order to avoid repetitions of the same foods, please call Norma Walker at 863 667-2810 ( Home) to let her know what dish you will be bringing to share with those who will be attending the celebration of Dave’s life. 9/10/2024.  Just got word that Larry Bellew has passed away last night.  He was at home at the time.  He is survived by his wife – Ginnie Bellew and lived at 1310 Schalamar Creek Drive. Our deepest sympathies go out to the family and friends of Larry.
