If there are no additional nominations from the floor at the Dec 9th meeting there will be no need to have elections.

SECTION 1. NUMBERS. The affairs of the Association shall be managed by a Board of Directors which shall be composed of all elected officers (President, Vic President, Secretary and Treasurer) , the immediate past president, FMO Representative and six elected Directors at Large, all of whom must be members of the SCHALAMAR CREEK MOBILE HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC.
SECTION 2. TERM OF OFFICE. At the annual meeting of members scheduled for January, three (3) Directors at Large shall be elected by the membership for two year terms and three (3) Directors at Large shall be elected for one year terms, as designated by the nominating committee. If a Board position is vacated due to resignation, illness, or other cause prior to expiration of the elected term, a replacement shall be elected, by the remaining members of the Board of until the next annual meeting.
