ACTIVITIES COMMITTEE- Objectives are:
1. Plan and organize activities of interest that are enjoyable, healthful and beneficial to residents.
2. No part of its finances shall inure to the use or benefit of any of it’s members.
CRAFT COMMITTEE: Provide learning, enjoyment and promotion of craft activities and sales. Regular classes and meetings are held in the Craft Room.
MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE: The objective is to encourage and record annual HOA memberships.
STATUTORY COMMITTEE: All Board members are to meet with the park owners after the receipt by homeowners of a notice of changes regarding rents, services, or utilities or a change in rules and regulations.
FINANCE & INSURANCE COMMITTEE: The HOA Treasurer and all Board members will be responsible for examining the financial records of all committees and individuals handling association monies, proposing an annual budget and reviewing and updating the HOA insurance coverage.
BYLAWS COMMITTEE: Purpose:
1. Annual review of Bylaws and Standard Operating Procedures
2. Compare similar documents of similar communities
3. Prepare recommended changes to Board and after approval, propose changes for membership approval at the annual meeting.
COMMUNIUCATIONS COMMITTEE: Pertinent information will be distributed regularly to residents via: HOA Website, Resident Directory, monthly Newsletter, Pictorials, and the new Gazette
OUTREACH & WELCOME COMMITTEE: Outreach- Sends cards to residents if they are hospitalized or if there is a death. Welcome- Welcomes new residents into our community and provides information on our area.
RECREATION MAINTENANCE COMMITTEE: Maintains a fund to provide for maintenance or replacement of common recreation equipment, if requested. This fund is maintained by semi-annual contributions from management and administered by this committee.
LOAN CLOSET COMMITTEE: Provide items to borrow from the loan closet such as walkers, wheelchairs, commodes, rollaway beds, and baby items.
BINGO COMMITTEE: Bingo will be operated on a non-profit basis.
PICKLEBALL COMMITTEE: Promote Pickleball by playing regularly and teaching beginners.
SHUFFLEBOARD COMMITTEE: Offers play three times weekly with monthly tournaments and maintain the courts and equipment.
