Schalamar Creek has a variety of amenities for our residents. Click the button to the right for contact information or read more below about the on-site amenities.

Schalamar Creek Clubhouse: is a 22,000 square foot facility, newly renovated, with ballroom seating for 350 people.  It has a performing stage and a 1,400 square foot dance floor and is complete with professionally designed audio/visual capabilities and the best part is—it’s available to rent by our residents.

Bank: Citizens Bank & Trust has an ATM machine is located on the lower level just outside the Pro Shop.

Hair Styling Salon:  Schalamar Creek Hair Salon is located in the Clubhouse on the lower level. Contact Owner/Operator Carla Bozeman, 863-251-4500

Schalamar Creek Community Church now has a Wednesday night Bible study class at 6:00 followed by a movie.  This is lead by Pastor Dan give him a call at 863-604-5753. 

Our New Beginnings Community Church of Schalamar Creek has 8:30 Sunday services.  This is a non-denomination church led by Dick Rae, 847-858-1440 and Norma Miller, 863-667-2810.  Call for more information.

Schalamar Creek Country Club 18 Hole Championship Golf Course/Pro Shop:  We have men’s, woman’s, and couples leagues plus tournaments are held year-round for fun, trophies and cash prizes. We have a PGA teaching pro on staff and offer our players the convenience of a full-service Golf Shop, putting greens and aqua driving range.  For more information on rates and memberships call 863-665-0185.

On-Site Restaurant:  The Caddy Shack offers a full-service bar (with daily happy hours specials) and grill, breakfast and lunch daily and dinner special Monday through Saturday in air-conditioned surroundings with TV’s.  Dinner menus are posted on the Community Neighborhood News email weekly.   Contact the Community Management at 863-665-0185 to be added to this weekly EBlast list.

Library:  Is located in the Clubhouse on the bottom level.  This sharing library is packed full of books and periodicals.  Sit and relax and read in the library or take home.  Book Clubs are also available to join.   See the Schalamar Creek Home Owner’s Association Directory list of volunteers for more information. Library is staffed and managed by HOA Volunteers.

Two Heated Pools/Jacuzzi Spa is located adjacent to the Clubhouse next to the Fitness Center and Locker Rooms.  Need a ‘floatie’?  We have a pool loan closet located in the hallway by the pool bathroom.  Just return when you are done using them.

Gift Shop: Is located in the Clubhouse on the bottom level. This gift shop is full of one-of-a-kind crafts handmade by your Schalamar neighbors.  For unique gift-giving, shopping here is a must.  Contact Judy Gard 847-707-0751 for hours and more information.

Additional Parking/Storage Area is available at an additional monthly fee located at the rear entrance.  Contact  Community Manager,  at 863-665-0185  for additional information.

Courts Galore!!!  There are tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, pickleball courts, bocce ball courts and horseshoe pits.  If you don’t have the equipment, visit the Pro Shop to borrow it!

Billiard Room:  Enjoy an occasional game of pool?  The Billiard Room is located in the Clubhouse on the lower level across from the Library.

 Arts & Craft Center:  Something going on every day!  Learn to quilt, crochet, knit, and craft lessons, art lessons!  You name it, it’s here for you.  See the list of activities and contacts in the Activities section of this booklet.  Areas are provided in the clubhouse by management but is organized and run by the HOA Volunteers.

Card & Board Games:  We have all kinds of organized card games going on throughout the week.  If you don’t see something you would like to play, start a game of your own and invite other neighbors!  See the list of card and board games and contacts in the Activities section of this booklet.  Areas are provided in the clubhouse by management but is organized and run by the HOA Volunteers.

Fishing:  We have so many ponds available for residents to fish!  But we also have alligators that were here first.  After all, we are in Florida!!  Just don’t feed and give them a wide berth and enjoy them from a distance.  Fishing is catch and release only.
