WHY BELONG TO THE HOA?

The HOA volunteers in this community, your neighbors, work many hours on your behalf to make Schalamar a place we are proud to call home. The HOA provides many services for residents, from organizing all the activities you enjoy, to providing information through the newsletter, website, phone directory and Gazette. Be sure to look on the home page of this website to see more of the services the HOA provides. In addition, a strong HOA can better represent your interests with management, and there is strength in numbers. Your HOA is the legal representative in negotiations for everyone within the community, and your involvement ensures that your voice is heard.
